IAG Authors to donate books to Brooke Army Medical Center in San
On February 1, Mary Simonsen and Celia Hayes will deliver about 35 books by IAG authors to the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio where many of those wounded while serving in Afghanistan and Iraq go to receive treatment. We hope to duplicate this effort in military medical centers around the country—a small thank you for their service to our country.

I've donated to Books for Soldiers. I also donated a copy of each of my books to the local Relay for Life Silent Auction and was very pleased to hear that my books raised $150 for that cause.
One dollar from the sale of my book, as well as all proceeds from the digital download of "What I Saw That Day" are earmarked to be donated to the United Way NYC ("What I Saw That Day" is an essay about my experience of September 11th).
So far, I've raised several hundred dollars for Manhattan.
